For us, the most important criteria in selecting a country for financing are security, stability, and a clear investment environment. Projects must demonstrate a financial return within 5 to 7 years in cases where Aslan Commercial acts as the financier.
Where we are not the financier, but only the EPC contractor, we can proceed without financing conditions as long as the project is located in a secure and stable country.
